Special Call J42AGM

Description in both English and Greek


From Friday the 4th till Sunday the 6th of April 2014,the special call J42AGM will be active from 160m to 10m in SSB,CW and Digital Modes(PSK31). This is due to the 9th Alexander The Great Marathon, which is conducted every year from the Thessaloniki Amateur Radio Group(TARG) and the Radio Amateur Union of Northern Greece(RAUNG). The station will be transmitting under the We Tower in Thessaloniki, near the end of the Marathon.

Από την παρασκευή 4 έως την Κυριακή 6 Απριλίου του 2014 στα πλαίσια τις διεξαγωγής του 9ου διεθνούς μαραθωνίου Μέγας Αλέξανδρος η Ένωση Ραδιοερασιτεχνών Βορείου Ελλάδος (RAUNG) και η Ομάδα Ραδιοερασιτεχνών Θεσσαλονίκης (TARG) θα ενεργοποιήσουν το ειδικό διακριτικό κλήσης. Ο σταθμός θα εκπέμψει από υπαίθριο shack που θα στηθεί κάτω από τον Λευκό Πύργο ( σημείο τερματισμού του μαραθωνίου ) κοντά στο κέντρο συντονισμού.

DVRPTR v1 - Repeater Interface Cable Schematic

If you want to create a duplex repeater using the DVRPTR v1 ,you must construct a cable and also you will have to use two transceivers. The cable diagram is shown bellow. You will need 3x6pin mini din male connectors and 2m of ethernet cable cat 5. Of course from the cable you will only use 4 wires from 8.
